Hi, I am new here but every time I have a question google directs me to here so I am finally going to ask. Little scared but doesn't hurt to ask. I'll try to be as detailed as I can
First I have two hard drives already they both are
WD-120GB (WD1200JB-75CRA0)
WD-500GB (WD5000AAJS-00A8B0)
I don't know anything about them. I've googled them and I can't really compare them to anything to know where I stand.
On Windows Experience Index I get a 5.9 for HD
Now I want to buy an SSD
This is the 32gb SSD I want to start out with.

Idk what is but I hear that SATA III is better. Should I spend a bit more cash to find something that is SATAIII? or SATA II just as good? Also what is RAID and how can it help me.
To improve my game play/video (FRAPS) recording/editing for school. I hear that if I have a dedicated HD for fraps recording. I could get better recording FPS. Now I'm not sure what HD would be best to do that on. I don't know anything about transferring thing from one HD to another/ switching OS to another HD.
My computer specs are -
MOBO- Giga-Byte GA-G41M-Combo Motherboard.
Processor: Pentium Dual-Core E5500 @2.8gh
RAM: 4GB
(upgrading to 8gb waiting for it in the mail http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231461)
Graphic: NVIDIA GeForce GTX550 Ti
both my HD:
WD-120GB (WD1200JB-75CRA0)
WD-500GB (WD5000AAJS-00A8B0)
Thanks a bunch - notshugo
