HD Tune benchmark looks not normal

So i decided to benchmark my Seagate Barracuda 500Gb with HD tune and i wanted to ask if this is normal:

Also, my HDD is Sata 3 and i have connected it in a Sata 3 port but HDTune sees it as a Sata 2 with Udma 5 active. Why is this happening?

How much free space your HDD still have?

Do a defragmentation. Also, try to reduce the number of programs running in the background.

I don't have a lot of programs running in the background (i think). And my HDD has 285 Gb of free space.
