Question Hd tune error test problem

Hi,
1# I have a problem with Hd tune error test, my normal test result was 5% red error, but sometimes i test it again the result show 100% red error ,, and i have to restart my pc to get the 5% again....

2# my hard disk is very slow

Can you help me please
