High definition video not playing well on p4 pc what is the solution for this here is my pc detail below
Model- AWRDACPI
Ram-1 GB
Intel Pentium 4

While a Pentium 4 can play downloaded files in HD such as .avi, .wmv, and H.263 .mp4, it just doesn't have the horsepower to decode newer formats such as H.264 or H.265 without dropping frames, particularly on-the-fly while streaming such as on Youtube.

The ARM and Atom processors in tablets and netbooks may be no faster, but count on their GPU to offload the work from the CPU. You could add a GPU to do the same but if you only have an AGP slot you would be limited to the HD4650 or 4670, + the types of hardware acceleration those can do is limited to mostly H.264 in Flash, which wouldn't help for VP8/VP9/H.265 videos.

BTW the "model" you listed only tells us the BIOS was made by Award, one of the world's largest firmware manufacturers, which is used by many motherboard manufacturers.
