HD was reconected to ESATA now get msg :NTLDR is missing

HD was reconected to new ESATA port (had to add new USB ports) now can not boot PC (windows 7 x64) get msg :NTLDR is missing..... I try to disconect HD and reconect it to new ports - nothing...same MSG.....
in BIOS can not set to boot from HD - there is NO HD drive in BIOS.....
