Hello guys i have a stock hd4670. Normally when I open up HW monitor the voltage is 1.15v however now its 1.25v. What happened? I didn't overclock it.

My 4650 alternates between 0.9V (low power) and 1.25V (high power). Yours should also downclock/undervolt when it is in 2-D or doing nothing. I have noticed sometimes the info programs will increase the load on components making them clock up to their higher speed. Does it just sit at 1.25V? If it does, make sure you have the newest drivers (and maybe any windows power options set to balanced).

So it's normal? I mean it just goes down to 0.9v when i'm doing nothing...

Yes, the 0.9-1.25V switch is normal. The cards downclock (and then can undervolt) when in 2-D because they aren't being stress. They do this to save power. As soon as they are needed, the 3-D clocks/voltages should return instantly. 1.25V sounds like a reasonable 3-D voltage, since that is what my 4650 does as well. I'm not sure what the 1.15V was though. There may be another level, like 2-D high or something, that it corresponded to. I wouldn't worry about it though unless you are having any instability or corruption issues. Every card/card manufacturer is a little different in implementation, so little oddities are prone to come up now and then.
