They are cheap.
They are absolutely cheap that is true, but what games are you trying to play? Those cards will get you basically the same performance but will struggle hard core playing anything relatively modern.

I'm seeing R9 280s on ebay for under $100 USD. That'd be a way better option than those liquidated HD series cards. You can get a brand new GTX 1650 for under $200 USD or a Radeon 6500XT for the same price.

Even a 2nd gen office refurb would be better. What is your actual budget?
But I already have CPU lga 775 motherboard and rams.
Like I said I will upgrade Gpu to better one.
And i have laptop. I want to buy it cause of listening to music, surf on the internet and somtimes playing Cs Go.

And also i dont have budget to much for the new system

Cs Go requirements are fairly low. Q9650 paired with HD5570 should be enough to run the game, You should also have at least 4GB of ram.

HD5570 would struggle with newer games though..
I have 4gb ddr3 ram already.And I will add 4 gb ram more
GPU has been sold and hd4770 will come tomorrow. As i search it will be enough for me about 5 6 months after that i will buy 960 or 1050ti i dont know yet

goodluck. I hope you can upgrade the ram to 8GB, that should help with gaming even if just a little bit.

have a core 2 quad pc too, so I know the feel of using one. Mine only has 4GB of ram. Sadly not upgradable to 8GB.

it's fine actually. Even with just 4GB of ram. My q9500 can play Genshin Impact at 60 fps with all graphics settings on high. Because it is paired with a GTX 1650 GDDR6.
the reason I have a 1650 on core 2 quad is because I want to be able to play Genshin on high settings whatever pc in the house I'm sitting in front of.

I'm not recommending you to buy a 1650. Instead, save your money for a better pc.

the mobo of the q9500 is only pcie 1.0. There is probably a bottleneck, but I don't feel it because there's no lag (lol). Giving the core 2 quad the 1650 allows it to set Genshin graphics at high on 60 fps, but the in-game V-Sync must be turned off to prevent screen freeze. The other reason I could stick the 1650 into the core 2 quad is because I have two other pc in the house which handles games that the core 2 quad cannot. The core2quad is not my main gaming pc, just want it to be able to comfortably run specific games (Genshin Impact, Granblue Fantasy) whenever I use it, so gave it a 1650. :)

so once again, I repeat. Please save your money for a better pc.

But if I buy a GTX 960, I can use it on both the Q9650 and the new system, right?I'm wasting my money right.I'm going to raise it piece by piece.I can't take them all in at once
