Id grab the XFX ones in a heart beat. Theyve been doing lifetime warranties since the days when they only made nvidia cards. Whatsmore those cards should vent the heat the 4850s produce out the back of the case keeping your other components nice and cool.

hmm.... instead of getting 4850 CF solution.. I think you shld get a single 4850x2...

ATI has newer drivers that supports the 4850 x2 much better

He shouldn't get a 4850x2 if his mobo can support 2x4850.
2x4850 is cheaper than 4850x2 and if one dies, he is not left without a GPU

I was thinking because the single cards would be cheaper and the same preformance that a crossfire solution would be better.
