HD5870 bios needed

Hello Guys! I'm looking for basic bios for that HD5870 gpu. I'd be thankful if someone with the same card will get the bios with GPU-Z. Pictures below.

Err, what exactly do you want? The BIOS is in the motherboard. Do you want the firmware for the card and to know what the current firmware is, the drivers for the card, or a version of BIOS for a particular motherboard that will make the motherboard support that card? A little clarification, please.
