HD7970 Pcie 3.0 x 16 @x4 2.0, please help :(

i've already switching my card to different slots but the result is just x4 and x2.
I want to make this one to be x16 but how ? here's the pic.

When you boot up your PC, press Delete(Usually this is what you press to get into the BIOS). I am not familiar with the BIOS of your Motherboard, but PCI-Express settings should be labeled in Advanced and just look around for PCI-Express. If it is set at x4 then just set it as X16 .
