HDD Activity LED problems

I have a set of hard drives I am fashioning Activity LEDs for. My problem is the pin connectors on the back of the HDD. A standard HDD jumper will connect two of the pins, however, I need to connect to one, go to the LED, and then come back and connect to another pin on the harddrive. I am trying to fashion a single connector block I can then wire out to the LED. Any ideas?
