HDD Airflow temperature problem

Hey guys, i just installed HD Tune to check health of my HDD. This HDD was bought 8 years ago and I never had any problems with it. When I checked "Health" tab it showed me "status failed" on Airflow temperature and that I need to replace my HDD, but it shows that airflow temperature is 18 degrees celsius, and I don't think this is high, or I don't understand something!? Should I be worried about this since I have about 100 GB precious data on this drive on second partition?

Any 8 year old hard drive is past the age where the probability of failure increases significantly. I would not trust "precious" data to a single copy anyway. A replacement for a 250GB disk is $50. Get a new one and sleep better.

HD Tune is reporting a Worst lifetime temperature reading of 34. This corresponds to an actual temperature of 66C (= 100 - 34) and is below the Threshold for this attribute (55C = 100 - 45C).
