HDD and Windows Help Needed

I recently built a computer with a bad temporary hard drive and installed windows 8 onto it by using a dvd drive. I then ordered a new WD blue 1tb hdd once I had the money. I installed it (I am a novice builder, but I know how to successfully build a computer) into the computer(Both drives are in the computer currently). I would like to only use the 1tb hard drive and somehow get windows 8 on it(I no longer have the dvd drive).I don't care about the other files on the hdd and I would not like to have to go out and buy a massive usb flashdrive or a dvd drive. Is there anyway I could achieve my goal?

You can try cloning the hard drive. Just be aware that a fresh install is usually the better option, and I would personally get an external DVD drive if that is what is needed as they can be had for under $20.
