So I recently rediscovered my old HDD which was used in my previous PC. I plugged it into my current PC and it appears to be working, but I cant find it in windows file explorer. It is detected by disk management and device manager. I tried to assign it a letter but that option is greyed out in disk management. I tried using diskpart but regardless of the disk number that I choose when I type in list volume it would show the volumes of my nvme ssd. Disk management shows that the HDD is completely empty but EaseUS shows that it is at about 40% capacity. Is there any way to access the hard drive without losing the files inside? Below is a link to screenshots of disk management and EaseUS. Disk 0 is the HDD

What file system do those partitions have on old drive?
Is the drive from some linux pc or mac perhaps?

Windows can not natively read those file systems.

Edit: Oh - the drive is from linux pc. Uses EXT3 file system.

I'm pretty sure that its a windows PC, is EXT3 only used by linux systems?
