So my PC has been acting weird for about 5 months it took 8:39 to start the PC and it stays at 100% disk usage for anywhere from 10 minutes to until I turn it off. I have a Seagate ST2000DM008-2FR102 2TB hard drive and no SSD that's what my friends say is the problem but any help would be great.

HDD's are generally fairly slow on bootup, and terrible with random write. It's likely the antivirus doing random write which is killing the performance of the hdd and/or the hard drive is dying out of use.
so in windows there are some apps that use all bandwhite of the drive if u open task manager u can see what uses al ure drive bandwhite and then type in to google how to disable it

It says system is using all of it so I disabled Sysmain and it still stays system is using 100% disk.

I did get this HDD in October as a PC repair it ran good all the way til the near end of December. I'll disable antivirus and check if that helps.
