hdd at 100

My hdd jumps to% 100 at random times. It's a 2tb Seagate hybrid drive with 64 my cache. On second note. I have my OS disk still, very can I do an install on an ssd with that

Do you mean 100% useage? Try opening task manager, going to 'Processes' and watching to see which program jumps to 100% disk use.
