HDD Beeping/Chirping Noise

Solution
Hi there Itanimulli,

As you suspect that there is something wrong with the hard drive, it will be a good idea to back up the crucial data as soon as possible.
You should make sure that the sound comes from the HDD. If you open the case, maybe you will get a clearer picture. If this is the case, you can check out whether the HDD is tightly fastened(swapping cables and ports will not hurt as well).
I would also advise you to test the drive with WD's Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool and see what the results will show.
If the issue persists, the best thing you can do is to just contact WD's Support either by phone or e-mail and eventually RMA the drive.
