I just ordered ssd because i have a lot of trouble with loading times recently windows updated today for 30 mins and my csgo maps are loading like 5 minutes literally and my pc just sttuters randomly when i do something for like 3 seconds, i ordered a ssd like i said and i think i have sata 2 and i wonder how slower will ssd work. My specs: i7 870, 8gb ddr3, 400 chieftec psu, r9 380 msi 4gb and 250gb hdd.

An i7 from 12 years ago can really only go so far in many compute scenarios beyond Solitaire.exe..; I'd suspect you have gotten your money's worth.

Time to start shopping for your R7-5800X to last you 8-10 more years....

how do u come to that conclusion from the rig that costs less than that cpu itself and telling me to buy it, very unhelpful, and that i7 is runnig all esport games and a lot of other ones too, i jsut need something never and after the ssd new upgrade is the new pc

Sata 2 is 300MB/s.
The most you will see is 250/260MB/s.
The ssd will be much faster than a hdd.
I don't know what ssd you ordered I would suggest a 500GB disk.
