HDD click like sound after installing SSD?

Hello, I have recently installed a Crucial MX500 SSD into my system. Before I used only a 2TB HDD which now I have cleaned and setup as a secondary storage drive (for some Steam games, programs I rarely use, etc). Every now and then I can hear a click like noise (however others might interpret it differently) coming as I am guessing from the HDD (I am not a 100% sure it's not the SSD tho) as when I unplugged it and ran only the SSD (for like 10-15mins), that sound did not appear. Is it supposed to be like that?

If it's an SSD, there is no way it will be making a click sound unless it's coming from some electronic noise, say a capacitor. Make sure where the sound is coming from when you hear it and exactly what it sounds like. Record it and post it if you can.

HDD noises shouldn't be that noticeable. I would check to make sure you don't have a wire inside your PC that is hanging down and touching a fan as it spins.
That's happened to me a few times.

There's usually only one "click" like the second one
There're no wires touching the fans, they would make a different noise compared to this one

I read you post that you replaced your old drive with an SSD, missed the part that you set it up as a second drive. Run a scan on it with Seatools, that sound is not good. Do you have another backup drive? If not, good time to get one. You can clone this 2TB drive over to the new one one and just set it aside in case yours dies.

I have a Toshiba HDD so I'm not sure if SeaTools will work perfectly with it but the results I got are these:
Short Generic - Pass
Short Drive Self Test - Failed (on 10%)
Fix All (tho it does say it's meant for specific drives I still tried it) - Fail (First one on 99%, others on 73%)

I also used Hard Disk Sentinel which shows that the drive has 48 bad sectors and 48 weak sectors (that can be remapped). But it never made that sound when it was used as the main disk which is quite surprising.

I'll probably go and buy a new HDD and see how it turns out unless there's anything else I should try out. Any recommendations on which HDD to get?

I usually go with WD Black models, but for storage where you don't need speed one of the lower end ones is OK also.
