[SOLVED] HDD Cloning Problem with Macrium Reflect 7 ?

Hi folks!

I am trying to clone my laptop's HD. The laptop detects the external SSD but Reflect 7 does not.
What can be done about it?

What specific drives?
How are you connecting the external?

Laptop Lenovo B50-10
Portable SSD no brand but its red led lights up
I don't know about drives because it is my first SSD and I have very little knowledge. USB connection

Why are you trying to "clone" to a portable external SSD?

Can you post a screencap of your Disk Management window, and what Macrium shows you.

OK I will.
I am doing this just to get some experience.
I tried the SSD with a different laptop. I went to Device Manager and the drivers for the SSD are there but I still do not get it detected by Macrion.
Give me a little time and I post the pictures. Thank you

1 probable reason is that the external SSD is formatted exFAT.
Macrium probably cannot read that.
