I have an old pc and want to upgrade but keeping the budget low. I was thinking of replacing the motherboard, cpu and ram keeping everything else intact. My hard drive is WD5000AAKS 500 gb. Will this be compatible with ASRock H110M-HDS R3.0?

Also which one is better H110 or B250? Does it make any difference in the performance of CPU and GPU?

Thanks for the reply. I am thinking of getting G4560 for now.

The retailer is offering bios updated H110 and is cheaper than B250. So I was wondering since H110 bus speed (5 GT/s) is less than B250 (8 GT/s), will this make a noticeable difference?

Not a clue where you got that information the Hard drive speed will be the same on both because their hooked up to a SATA 3 connector.
Storage Devices
SATA 6Gb/s 4x SATA3 6.0Gb/s Connectors, support NCQ, AHCI and Hot Plug

The speed I mentioned was motherboard bus speed not hard drive. So please can you confirm whether there is any difference in performance of CPU or GPU between these two motherboard s?
