Hello. I'm facing a problem in my pc with my HDD. Here is the story. I has on my pc 3 disks. Windows disk Samsung 970 evo m.2 nvme. Games disk Samsung 840 evo and a data disk HDD 500gb. Last month the HDD looks like a little slow and reading a folder endlessly some times. I bought a new one 2tb Seagate but this didn't solve the problem. When I copy files to the disk, starts copying and and after a while the copying speed drop down to zero and at last 0x800701b1 error appears. When I disconnect the HDD everything works perfectly. Boot very fast, no crashes, no problem at all.

I try:
New sata cables
Change the sata ports
Boot without the sata ssd
New PDU bought it
Formatting the windows disk

Hardware:
Motherboard Asus x370 f gaming
CPU ryzen 7 2700x
PSU Corsair RM 750x
GPU Asus rog strix 1060 6gb
RAM G.Skill TridentZ 16GB DDR4-3200MHz

Clone the drive with a tool such as ddrescue or HDDSuperClone. Then replace the drive.

Yeah I know that but the problem is that I use three hdd's and this one is new. I open the bug and plug it in my pc. Every disk has the same problem. Is there a chance a damaged motherboard create the problem??
