Seems others have asked your original question before - https://forums.anandtech.com/thread...-shows-drastically-different-numbers.2399228/

I have only tried defraggler and I don't think I use it enough to properly tell you which of those is better, and looking at Google, there way more than just these 3 that have been mentioned here and every review says a different thing. I would try a few using their trial periods and see which you like - this article has all the ones mentioned so far - https://blogs.systweak.com/10-best-disk-defrag-software-for-windows/
Defraggler uses a different algorithm to consider what's fragmented, so will obviously defragment things a bit differently. Windows' own defragmenter is a cut-down version of the 3rd-party Diskeeper. When Microsoft absorbed Sysinternals, they also inherited PageDefrag and Contig, which are freeware like Defraggler. Another freeware defragmenter is Auslogics.

Tnx fo that good answer. So what is your sugestion for a third party defragmenter? Whitch app you use now? Diskkeeper or perfect dist or defraggler? Every one on the web suggest windows default defragmenter ; and i know thats a cheep tool and kinda stupid . Cause many reason.

I used to use diskeeper on win 7, it was good as it would auto defrag my drives for me and was always running in background whereas defraggler only has a scheduler from what i can tell. I haven't used the other one.

that was before i got current PC, and with ssd as boot drive, I don't really need constant monitoring, I just used defraggler to look at my hdd occasionally as it hardly ever changes
