Question HDD Detected in Disk management but not windows explorer

I just installed a m.2 drive and got it working as my boot drive, and i also bought a new 1tb hdd, but it isn't being detected properly. It shows up in the bios and disk management, but windows explorer isn't seeing it as a usable drive. In disk management i don't have any options to resolve it either. Any help would be appreciated

Right clicking drive 0 (the drive in question) only gives me the following options:
-New spanned volume (grayed out)
-New striped volume (grayed out)
-Convert to dynamic disk
-Convert to MBR disk
-Properties
-Help
