HDD Detection Problems

I recently had to reinstall Windows after a lot of crashes. When I first built the computer, I used a 2TB Seagate Barracuda that I had removed from an external enclosure to install my games on. It was recognized and I was able to use it. After my reinstall of Windows however, the drive appears in the Disk Management screen with its size and the name I had given it, however it is not useable or accessible in the Windows explorer. Any advice?
