Question HDD disappear

hello, I have a question I have two HDDs, one is written on Windows and it is 500 GB, the other is 1 TB (Seagate ). when I installing something on 1 TB HDD sometimes disappearing, I checked on hard drive sentinel, crystal disk info and something other programs it shows that both HDD works 100%, health 100%. but it still disappears. also, I change SATA cables on HDD but still nothing. I think HDD is not a problem because when I installed the game on 1 TB hdd it was running but suddenly HDD disappear, can it be a PSU problem? I don't have a problem on 500GB HDD

Can you be more specific on what this "something" is? Maybe you just forgot where you saved or downloaded your file?

Games from epic, steam and etc. But if file missing why HDD disappear?

Warning i lost a 1tb hdd just by allowing Sentinel to do a thorough test on it. Look for bad sectors and remap etc. Lost the whole hdd, couldnt be seen no more on windows. Powers up fine,hear it spin up but thats it. Do not use Sentinel to remap, resector bad sectors.
