HDD disappeared after diskpart clean

Hi.

My 2nd hard drive (not the one I boot windows from) was cleaned using the diskpart clean, and now it has disappeared. I have looked everywhere, including the disk management thing, but I can't seem to find it. The hard drive actually belongs to my laptop.
Is there any way to find the hdd again? I've tried switching cables, plugging it out then back in etc. but it doesn't seem to work.

Edit:I restarted the computer and now it seems to appear in disk management

After a clean in diskpart, you need to create a New Simple Volume.
Then, format and give it a drive letter.

Does this appear in Disk Management?

It appears in disk management, and I created a new simple volume, gave it a drive letter and stuff. I currently don't have the drive in my desktop pc at the moment
