Question HDD disk usage 100% when opening the game installed on SSD

Hi, my HDD disk usage goes to 100% when I open my games that are installed on my SSD. The SSD goes to 1% at max while running the game.
My laptop:acer nitro 5 an515-52
The game I am running: Metro Exodus
My average fps while running the game:10

what the ssd model? how full it is?
did you upgrade the ram?

No upgrade on RAM
