HDD Drive is Showing Up in BIOS and Device Manager but not in Disk Management.

Hello, I have a 1TB HDD drive ((ST1000DM010-2EP102) installed in my PC.
I formatted my computer and it worked find before that.

It shows up in BIOS, it shows up in Device Manager, but it doesn't show up in the Disk Manager.
I tried creating a partition for it, but I couldn't because it's not there.

I tried replacing and plugging it instead of the other HDD that does work.
That didn't help either.
I tried using another cable and that didn't work too.

What should I do to make it work again?

The software do detect the drive.

Control Panel\Storage Spaces.
You should remove 1TB drive from storage spaces.

This is how it shows up for me.
No delete button.

EDIT:
Wait.. it says it's being 10.3% used. How lol?

The drive is also shown in Intel Rapid Storage driver.

Copy contents of G: to P:
Then delete Storage spaces G:

Then repartition and reformat Kingston drive and Seagate drive.

Although I also had to delete the pool in order to make the drives show in the disk management page.
