HDD driver disappears from computer and windows crashes (win7)

My D drive keeps disappearing frequently and windows crashes. And yesterday I ran avira full scan on Safe mode. Unfortunately it didn't help. And after that, random blue screen errors appears. I tried replacing my HDD with same type of HDD but with SATA but it didn't help. I had run my pc with only c drive on and it was okay. My c drive is old 80 gb seagate ATA and d is 160 gb of it. I think this might be bad ATA controller or poor old fujitsu motherboard. But i'm not sure. Plz help!!! Sorry for bad English. But i'm afraid of bluescreen might occurs when i'm writing this so i rushed.

Did you try switching your C drive to the other port to see if that port is good?

I tried switching my ATA ports. But the result was the same.
