HDD Erasing Data On Start

I started my PC and on the BIOS screen it started going through unreadable file and deleting them. At first I thought it was a one time thing, but now it is getting more frequent. I got Hard Disk Sentinel and it says the life of the HDD is critical and has several days before it has a stroke.

I need to know if I need to get a new one now so I can transfer the data, or potentially fix it.

You are way past the point of needing a new drive my friend. I would do two fold, get a new drive and get a backup drive unless you already have one but it doesn't sound like it.

I suspect some of your data is already gone but those uncorrectables could be in areas not containing 'your data'.

I would Clone the drive first and once cloned, boot from the new drive and immediate use the backup drive to backup anything thats important.
That is, if you have anything you consider important.
