[SOLVED] HDD error after changing drive letters ?

I have installed windows 8.1 on one of my partitions. Before this I had installed windows 10 on another partition.
SoI have two Windows versions installed (10 and 8.1)
I had my Windows 10 installed on partition C so I installed Windows 8.1 on partition D.

In Windows 8.1 the letter E was given to the flash device. But I use this letter for the drive that contains media.
So I use a software to change drive letters. I give E to my media drive and after restarting my Windows I saw this error

I don't get this error on Windows 10, only on Windows 8.1 ?
