HDD Failure Imminent?

I was recently trying to clean up one of my HDDs and defraggler and my computer started spewing messages about backing up my data, as there are issues with it. I'm quite sure it's going to die in the nearish future, and I just want to make sure I am understanding the data properly.

Its as bad as it looks. Get a new HDD. Try in chkdsk /f but yes. New HDD.

Backup all data ASAP to anything you can copy to, and then replace the HDD. It is FUBAR 😀
