Is my HDD failing? My system is 1 year old, MSI GL63 8RC, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 4GB nVidia 1050 and intel UHD 630. Everything was normal until 2 months back I started noticing video playback freezes, audio playback freezes no matter which player I use. Then saw the reaction times has increases, like selecting an icon takes time, opening takes time, even hovering preview freezes. Most of the files I'm trying to copy shows "can't read from source file or disk". My Raw read error rate is 1 and marked in RED and Current pending sector count is YELLOW. I don't know how to attach screenshot here, it's telling me something went wrong please contact administrator.

Yes, you HDD is failing. Backup your data and replace it.

Clone the drive with a tool such as HDDSuperClone or ddrescue.

You can upload screenshots to a file sharing service, or you could use a tool such as CrystalDiskInfo which can export SMART data to a text file.
