I want to partition a hard drive into two and install Windows on both. Will it somehow affect the overall performance? Maybe it's better to install Windows on two separate hard drives?
I need two Windows on one hard drive for different PCs with different drivers so that I could move the hard drive between them and I want the best possible performance. Or may be there is an option to switch all the drivers on one Windows and use the OS for both PCs without performance decrease?

You are creating a dual boot system - correct?

With the idea being that on Computer A you would select to boot with the Windows installation for Computer A.

Or if using Computer B you would select to boot with the Windows installation for Computer B.

How are you moving the hard drive: disk caddy. [Edit to correct duplicate word.]

What versions of Windows are being installed for Computer A and Computer B?

Do you have two legal licenses?
