HDD for HP DL380EG8 locked

Hello,

I have an HP DL380EG8 and pulled a 450 GB HDD (PN 653951-001) from the slot.
Before placing it back into the slot, slide down the front which I closed and then I pushed the HDD inside.
It remained almost out.

How can I extract it?

I can simply pull it? Do not break anything?
I mention that I tried to extract the shooting but we did. Is it ok to simply pull it?
