Of course! Your motherboard is Z77. Plug it to the white SATA ports.

x2 White = SATA 6GB/s
x4 Blue = SATA 3GB/s

as I'm doing a clean installation of Windows 8.1 with a full version vanilla box on this hdd and because i read that this disk performs a different format style (4KB instead of 512B), will i have any problem? the win 8.1 installation recognizes automatically the new format this disk requires?

No, just install Windows 8.1 normally. (reformat HDD first)

reformatting before installation means that i have to do it via bios because all my components are new, fresh out of the box, and ,of course, i have no system preinstalled
