Question HDD from ps3 won't initialize

So I decided to make 2 HDDs from my ps3 consoles as portable HDDs. But I had ran on into some serious problems as my enclosure can't read them. So I decided to reformat them through direct SATA connection from the motherboard, but as soon as I saw it on disk management, these greeted me. Both drives show those messages. How do I fix this?

You allow them to initialize as MBR drives, as the message allows, and then you can format.

Do the drives spin up? Can CrystalDiskInfo or BIOS detect them?

It says "The system cannot find the file specified".

I can feel a slight vibration from the drive. both the CrystalDiskInfo and BIOS does not detect the drives.

You may need to clean them with diskpart.
In an elevated command prompt box, right click run as admin, type diskpart, then list disk, then select disk n where n is the problem drive. Then type clean, hit enter and let it clean the drive and then try to initialize in disk management and format.

I wonder if the drives are "security locked", as are many OEM DVR drives. Originally I thought they may have been configured to Power Up In Standby (PUIS), but you say that you can feel a vibration.
