Does that indicate that the disk is on the verge of imitate failure? What does that indedicate from my perspective as a user? S.M.A.R.T. is fairly smart however, there seems like there is some major flaws in how is was implemented. None of these tools are foolproof solutions against a HDD failure. I have heard different things from from different techs and I am attempting to make my own conclusion. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What is causing the caution warning? Should say in the list below where it says caution. Bad or reallocated sectors most likely. If so then the drive is likely on it's way out, I would backup any important data to be safe. I have seen drives with bad sectors last a good long while but it will die eventually.
