[SOLVED] HDD is Detected (BIOS) , but not showing up in boot option.

Hi!
So my pc could boot into windows, But My HDD apps/files cannot be detected/searched at the Start or Apps & Features in Settings. but I can still access HDD Files manually by finding them inside my file explorer "This PC".

boot option won't detect HDD

oh.. I see. then do u have any idea why my Apps & Features for HDD Files is empty? I can't seem to find them in Start, but I can still find them manually in This PC/File Explorer. Much appreciated.

was this a new build? with fresh os install?
