HDD led irritating

when i play any video my hdd led blinks rapidly although disk highest activity is 1-7%....How to solve this it is irritating....

Unplug the wire from motherboard?

It's the ONLY solution unless you want to put black tape over the drive LED. Anytime there is ANY drive activity, the LED will come on, even if it's for a brief period of time.

no i am asking when playing videos hdd led blinks dim and rapid although activity is
1-7% in resource monitor and when doing some work or accessing harddisk led not blinks like that even hdd is being accessed 20-30 %
