HDD Light always on

Hello there!

Since I've added 4 gigs of single channel 1600mhz RAM to my 4 gigs of Dual channel 1600mhz RAM pair my HDD light is constantly on. Nothing is slower than usual, it does it even when idle.

Tried running CCleaner, to do the dirty work of sorting softwares for me, but that's not the case.

How do I solve the light problem? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Its not anything serious. Have you tried reconnecting the HDD Led light to your MOBO? Could be faulty installation.

I've actually solved it! I've done a selective startup, and came to the conclusion that one of my softwares were causing the problem from the background.
