I built a PC a few weeks ago, but when I boot my PC, the HDD start to make a very loud scratching noise, it starts to quiet down after a few minutes, but still able to hear it. I checked the health of my HDD through CMD, it says that everything is OK(see text below):

diskdrive get status, model
Model Status
GIGABYTE GP-GSM2NE3512GNTD OK
ST1000DM010-2EP102 OK

So now I'm anxious to boot up my PC, so can anyone explain why it's making that scratching sound and how to solve it?
My HDD is: Seagate HDD 3.5 1TB ST1000DM010 BarraCuda

I also have loud fans as you can hear in the video, but I'm really worried about my HDD now

If the noise is a new noise....I would replace the HDD as that indicates something changed mechanically and that shouldn't happen.
If it has always made this noise.....I wouldn't be as concerned.
However....if it annoyed me....I would replace it.
When i first built my PC, it didn’t made that noise as far as I can remember, but it has been going on for 2-3 weeks now and today it became louder than usual, so should I send it back to let them fix/check it, buy a new one or is it normal and won’t affect my pc at all?
