HDD making strong noise?

Hey guys i noticed a strong noise coming from my pc when i play game on vsync off but when i have vsync at 60fps i dont hear the noise. So i was wondering if my HDD could cause that or maybe that's my CPU fan since i use the basic one . my HHD is a Seagate BarraCuda 1TB.

Look like the same noise is there a reason why it does it on vsync off and not on vsync 60fps even on diablo 3 i have this problem.is this bad for my computer in long term this noise or i shouldnt bother ?

Noo, not really, if GPU makes problems in games like flickering and some random colors then you should RMA it, but for noise, eh if its too loud or anyoing you could then RMA it. Its all up to you.
