HDD Not being Found

I just added a new WD HDD to my computer it shows up in the Disk Manger but is Disk 0 and unallocated it wont let me format or change the disk letter what am i doing wrong?

In Disk Manager, right click on that drive.
What options does it give you?

I had to right click it and go through a setup wizard and it got it running
