HDD not being read from new mobo

I just bought a new motherboard cpu and ram to upgrade my computer. And after installing all the parts I booted it up and opened the bios. But the bios isnt reading my hard drive. In stuck in the bios and I'm out of ideas.
Specs:
I5 8400
Gtx 1060 6gb
8 GB ram 1 stick
1 TB Seagate hdd

If starting installing Windows, is the HDD detected? Are both cables correctly connected to the HDD?
