Question HDD not detected in Disk Managment

I recently got a new case, ssd, and hdd. When I boot the pc, my ssd and hdd are dected and I put windows on the ssd, now im trying to format the hdd for my games but it doesn't appear in disk management. please help

Does the HDD show up under Device Manger under Disks?
