HDD Not Detected in OS

Hello,
I had 2 HDDs 1-60GB, 1-1.5TB, the 60GB Stopped working Completly, so bought a new 2TB HDD, partitioned and formated new HDD, and loaded Windows 7 onto a partitioned section, but now i cant find my old HDD. My old HDD is detected in BIOS and Device Manager, but i cant View or open it in My Computer.
