HDD not Detected when reinstall

I have pc ddr3, I have problem. In bios my hdd detected when restart not detected again.i I'll reinstall but disk not detected.
Help Me please

first go and check if the cables a properly connected to the HDD. if yes. try a different cable or plug it in a different SATA port(make sure your PC is off before plugging-in or un-plurging the HDD), if that still doesn't work go and download seatools

run SMART, DST, Generic short, Generic Long. that will tell you if your HDD if faulty.
