HDD not detected

Just bought a new PC and when I try installing windows through my flash drive it doesn't detect my HDD , and i can't seem to find it on the BIOS either.

So, your HDD is no really recognized by BIOS right?

If this is the case and if the PC is under warranty, then I believe you can just contact the place you got it from.

Apart from that, you can try a couple of things:
- Attach the drive with different cables.
- Use a different SATA port. Make sure the HDD is powering up.

Keep in mind that these two, in some cases, may void the warranty. (opening up the case) So, it may be a better idea to contact the place you got the PC from first.
